Versilia Gourmet 2025

An evening scented with friendship, sea, and countryside

 

On Monday, July 7th, 2025, we had the honor of hosting the 15th edition of Versilia Gourmet – Franciacorta in the enchanting setting of our Paradis Agricole.

 

An annual event that celebrates the region’s culinary excellence, this year’s gathering was even more special thanks to a very dear friend and extraordinary guest: Giancarlo Perbellini. Reuniting on such a meaningful occasion made the evening all the more memorable.

 

From a sunset aperitivo among the olive trees—featuring finger foods crafted with ingredients from our eco-farm—to dinner inside the greenhouses, surrounded by marble sculptures and the scents of summer, every moment told a story: a tale of cuisine that blends land and sea, nature and vision.

 

Our chef Alessio Bachini, alongside the team from Paradis Pietrasanta, created a menu inspired by the theme Countryside with a Scent of the Sea. The evening concluded on a sweet note with a signature dessert by Perbellini: wild strawberry crisp, yogurt gelato, and lavender foam.
